Personalized Pet Sympathy Gift Basket "Pet Memory Basket"

Whether looking for yourself or a friend, these memorial custom loss of pet gifts are a unique way to show  your love and commemorate a special dog or other pet who was part of the family.

Each product is customized by hand in my shop.  I’m a one person, woman-owned business in Portland, Oregon. Please allow 7 business days from the time I receive the order and photos for the the basket to be shipped.

7.7" x 5.7" Customized heavy slate with photo printed directly on it. Note, the charm of the slate is the imperfections in and around the rock. Feet included.

Instructions to Customize Loss of Pet Gift Basket: 

1) Select a basket from drop down menu & check out.

2) Email 5-8 high resolution photos (premium basket -include at least 2 need to be horizontal “landscape”) to anne@thevervebar.com & indicate your favorite photo.  In the email, also include the pet's name if you would like it added to a couple of the products. For example: Benny "Peet" Nosek (Peet was his nickname). Names are optional. Reminder, the results are dependent on the quality of the photos. High resolution photos with minimal background work the beset.

3) By submitting photos you are guaranteeing the photos are your property and do not belong and/or are copyrighted by any other person or business. For copyrighted photos we need permission from the photographer.

4) Anne will confirm receiving the email if you do not receive this confirmation please email again without attachments so we can determine why they did not come through.

5) Allow 7 business days for your order to be created. You will receive an email when it ships
